Cardholder

What they are Cardholders are the end users (employees, customers, beneficiaries) to whom cards and card tokens are issued. You manage their identity basics and lifecycle (create, update, deactivate/reactivate) and then issue cards against that entity.

Key capabilities / endpoints

  • POST /cardholder, GET /cardholder – Create & list

  • GET /cardholder/{cardholderId}, PUT /cardholder/{cardholderId}, DELETE /cardholder/{cardholderId} – Manage by ID

  • PUT /cardholder/{cardholderId}/reactivate – Reactivate

Common attributes firstName, lastName, email, phonenumber, and platform cardholderId.

Relations

  • Cards are issued to a cardholder (cardHolderId).

  • Tokens often include recipient email/message tied to the intended cardholder.

Events CARDHOLDER_CREATED, CARDHOLDER_UPDATED, CARDHOLDER_DELETED.
